This policy covers personal data collected through system-ridgeway.click and through commission correspondence. Client financial data processed during engagements is covered by separate confidentiality terms in scope letters.

Contact form: name, email, commission interest, branch count/date notes, message text
Correspondence: email and phone content you send us

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process contact data to respond to briefs, prepare estimates, and perform commissions (contractual necessity or pre-contractual steps). We process analytics data, where consented, to understand which specimen pages are viewed. We process consent records to honor your cookie choice (legal obligation and legitimate interest).

Contact form submissions: three years from last interaction unless a commission proceeds
Active client records: duration of engagement plus seven years for business records
Analytics logs: thirteen months
Cookie consent flag: until you clear browser storage

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

Print and binding vendors (name and delivery address only when couriering specimens)
Email and hosting providers under data processing terms
Authorities when required by Republic of Korea law
