1. Acceptance

By accessing system-ridgeway.click or engaging Ridgeway Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Ridgeway Analytics," "we," "us") for report commissions, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services described

Ridgeway Analytics prepares commissioned financial planning visual reports—printed folios, atlases, and archival PDFs—for regional enterprises. Website content describes our commissions; binding agreements are formed only through signed scope letters and invoices, not through browsing this site.

3. Website use

You may view and print pages for personal business evaluation. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish site content without written permission. You may not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or submit malicious content through contact forms.

4. Intellectual property

Site text, layout, branding, and specimen imagery are owned by Ridgeway Analytics or used under license. Commissioned deliverables: clients receive usage rights specified in individual scope letters. We retain rights to anonymized layout templates and craft methods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate data extracts and timely responses during draft review. Delays in data provision may shift delivery dates without fee reduction. Clients designate an authorized finance contact for assumption sign-off where required.

6. Disclaimer of advisory services

Our work visualizes figures you supply. We do not provide audit opinions, investment advice, statutory filing preparation, or legal counsel. Charts are decision-support documents, not guarantees of future performance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Ridgeway Analytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or commissioned deliverables. Direct liability for proven negligence in a specific commission is limited to fees paid for that commission.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Ridgeway Analytics against claims arising from inaccurate data you provide or from your use of deliverables outside agreed scope.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Daegu, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued website use after changes constitutes acceptance. Active commission contracts are governed by the Terms in effect at signing unless parties agree otherwise.
